Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

1. General Provisions

Given that protective bollards, rising bollards, etc., are classified as heavy industrial security equipment characterized by large volume, heavy weight, and high international logistics costs, all sales are deemed final unless otherwise stipulated by law. Customized products cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced. Please ensure all technical parameters and project requirements are confirmed prior to placing an order.

3. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

The following circumstances do not support returns (warranty or paid repair applies only):

  • Custom Products:​ Products customized according to client requirements (adjustments to size, power, appearance, logo, or function), except in cases of production errors on our part.
  • Installed Products:​ Once products have been installed, concreted in, or used, they cannot be restored to a “brand new” state and are no longer eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Clearance/Sale Items:​ Inventory clearance products explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the purchase page.
  • Human Damage:​ Damage caused by improper operation, accidental impact, or natural disasters.

Operational Note:

The “14-day change-of-mind return” is offered as a trust signal; however, strict enforcement of the above deduction clauses is a necessary measure to prevent malicious trial use and financial losses given the high reverse logistics costs of heavy industrial goods.

5. Return Process

  • ⚠️ Required Evidence:​ Clear photos or videos of the defect must be provided. We reserve the right to reject claims based solely on verbal descriptions or unclear images.
  • Submit Request:​ Within the return period, submit a request via “My Orders” on the independent site or email [Your Email].
  • Ship Back:​ Please return the goods within 7 days. Using the original packaging and purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. Retain the courier tracking number.
  • Inspection & Refund:​ Once the warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods as qualified, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method; the exact arrival time depends on the processing speed of your payment channel.
  • Review:​ Customer service will review within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be issued. Items without a valid RMA will be rejected.

6. Limited Warranty

  • Warranty Period:​ [e.g., 1 Year / 12 Months] from the date of delivery.
  • Coverage:​ The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, human error, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Remedy:​ Upon confirmation of a quality issue, we will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge. If the product is discontinued, an equivalent substitute or a refund will be provided.

7. International Trade Compliance & Tax

  • Export Tax Rebate:​ If a return occurs for an order that has claimed an export tax rebate, any corresponding tax amounts required to be repaid will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return to Origin:​ If goods need to be returned to the country of origin within 6 months due to unsalable inventory, we will cooperate in providing customs declarations and other documents. Eligible goods may enjoy tax exemption benefits according to national policies.
  • Used Equipment Import:​ If returned products have been stored for over 1 year, show obvious wear and tear, or exceed the warranty period, we will handle the import filing procedures according to regulations, and the resulting costs will be borne by the buyer.

8. Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region, e.g., China]. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall prioritize friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered address (place of legal business).
